Lady Artemis could not stand how dirty her slave was. He took a shower once in two days and she could not let him continue staying in her house if he did not change his habits. She went to his bedroom and she trampled him for being dirty. He tried to defend himself by saying he did not do anything that made him dirty but she could not listen. She trampled his face using her bare feet and she forced him to take a shower daily.
Madame Marissa was at home when she realized her slave had swept dirt under the carpet instead of removing it all together. She had to punish him and make him do the right thing instead of looking for shortcuts. She placed his head and his face on a trampling box and she used her boots to crush him. She forced him to lick the soles of the dirty boots, smell her socks and lick her feet.
Lady Krasaviza does not like someone keeping secrets from her. Her slave did and she made him regret it. She forced him to lick her feet and her feet were sweaty and smelly. She had made sure they were smelly and sweaty so that she could use them to punish him. She inserted her toes in his mouth and she made him suck them till she was satisfied. He also smelled her stinky socks.
Lady Alice did not like how her slave was a loudmouth. He talked too much and shared details he should never share with other people. On the other hand, lady Alice is a private person and values her privacy. So she punished him for what he did. She trampled him using her boots and crushed his head, his neck and his chest to make him realize she was not playing.
